with many warehouses located worldwide which are not open to the public.

Please send us a detailed email stating the problem including the product name(s)
along with detailed pictures of the product you have received and are
unsatisfied with. Please insure you have provided a detailed explanation so we
can investigate immediately and efficiently. Once we have detailed pictures and
a thorough explanation, we will conduct our investigation and attempt to resolve
the issue.
Q: Can
I request specific sizes and colors?
A: All
products have a different amount of colors/sizes/styles which all vary according
to the product. We are unable to tailor an order as such, but
sizes/colours/styles are all distributed as evenly as possible.
Q: I
would like a copy of your catalogue, can one be sent to me?
A: No,
our online website catalogue is the only catalogue available. Due to the nature
of the business, it’s impossible to provide a printed catalogue because products
arrive almost daily and are sold sometimes right away.
Q: I
haven’t received any confirmation emails.

sent to you from going into your junk/spam mail folder. This is extremely
important because otherwise you will not be able to receive any emails from us
regarding things such as your confirmation and order details.

I CANCEL my order?
A: No,
orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. However, if you are not
satisified after receiving your order, you may return it for a full refund.

do I check my order status?

on the “My Account” tab. Here you can check your order status, view previous
orders, adjust your details, subscribe to our newsletter, and view your Dino
Points.

How do I redeem Dino Points?
A: When
you are in the checkout process and you are confirming an order, you have the
option of redeeming your Dino Points toward your purchase. You receive 100 Dino
Points just by signing up for an account, and you can also receive 100 Dino
